Are you ready to take on the ultimate in college officiating camps, then this is your camp. We elevated our game by moving TNL to Las Vegas, the best athletes in the country! Are you up for the CHALLENGE!

The Cal-State San Bernardino camp focuses on those officials who are starting their journey in officiating. This camp will provide you with the one on one instruction in 2 and 3 person mechanics.

UCI is the original BAL Camp! Designed for high school and entry level college officials working 3 person mechanics. Challenge your officiating skills with some of the best HS Varsity Basketball.

The APU camp is perfect for the small college official. Some of the best community college players will put your officiating skills to the test.

As part of the BAL Family of Camps, the “Spoonman” Referee School will provide each of you the unique opportunity to be instructed by some of the best NBA officials in today’s game. This fun filled environment will not only enable you to improve your game but move closer to mastering the craft of basketball officiating.

Bill Spooner Camp Director “Spoonman” (nickname) has been officiating for over 35 years. Of those, 22 have been spent officiating in the NBA as a regular season & playoff official. His resume consists of playoff and championship games at many levels. Bill is a practical - no hype teacher in the 'craft' of refereeing with a wealth of experience & knowledge from high school to the pros.	Bill Kennedy Camp Clinician Arizona resident, Bill Kennedy has enjoyed officiating for the past 25 years. He has spent the last 13 years as an NBA official. Bill has enjoyed working the NBA playoffs the last 7 years. In 2010 Bill worked the NBA Finals. His journey has brought him through various leagues including the CBA, WNBA and FIBA.

Please understand that there is a lot of work, time and preparation that goes into getting camp, campers, packets, rosters, games, guest and instructors organized. Once your payment has been received there will be a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. Refunds will be processed after ALL camps have been completed and will addressed on a per case basis. If you cannot attend your scheduled camp date(s), please contact us immediately.
