Verne Harris
Vernie Harris began at Arizona State officiating intramural and Junior High School games. He has been a Division I college basketball referee since 1987 and currently works in Mountain West, Pac 10, Big XII, WAC and several other conferences. He has worked several conference tournaments and has been a mainstay in the NCAA tourney since 1997, include the Final Four in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. In 2004 and 2005 he officiated the National Championship.
Kelly Self
Kelly has been working Division I men's Basketball since 1991. Since then, he has worked in various conferences including the Big XII, Missouri Valley, Conference USA, Southland, Sun Belt, WAC, Mt West. Kelly has worked the NCAA tourney last 3 years and advanced to Sweet Sixteen last 2 years.
Eddie Jackson
Eddie is the current Coordinator of Officials for the Missouri Valley Conference as well as the men's & women's coordinator for the Bi-State Athletic Conference (Oklahoma-Arkansas JUCO's). Between 1989-2005, he officiated Division I men's basketball games in the Big 12, Big 10, Conference USA, Mountain West, Western Athletic, Missouri Valley, Sunbelt, Southland, & Summit conferences. Eddie was assigned to 9 NCAA Tournaments which included 2 Elite Eight, 2 Sweet Sixteen, & 9 first & second round games. He's currently the Assistant Athletic Director for Rogers State University. Eddie is married to Jennifer Marie and they enjoy their two children Lauren (8) and Carter (4).
Rick Young
Rick started officiating in Denver, Colorado, in 1989. He and his family moved to California in 1995 and began working men's college basketball in 1996. He was hired in the Big West in 2003. Currently, Rick works the Big West, CCAA, GSAC, SCIAC, FAC, and Orange Empire. He lives in Laguna Hills and successfully blends his professional career with family and officiating.

Richard Waters
Has been officiating for over 20 year. Rich works for the Mountain West and has post season for the Big West and the West Coast Conferences. Rich has also worked the NCAA D2 Regional Finals of the National Championships Tournament. He is part of the mentoring group that has produced 3 CIF State Final Officials, 5 Division II Officials and 4 Division I Officials
Tom Dubas
I have officiated for 37 years. I worked Division I for 32 years before retiring from that level in 2008. I workd the NCAA playoffs for 18 consecutive years including 4 regionals and 2 regional finals. I worked in the PAC 10, West Coast, Big West, Southwest, Big Sky, WAC, Mountain West and CCAA conferences. I worked numerous conference tournaments over the years. I worked the Division II tournament up to the regional level.
Guy Thomas
Started officiating in 1984 while serving on active duty in the Air Force. Guy came to California in 1988 and began working JC and small colleges. Worked 2 CIF So. Section Finals ('92-'93). Selected to work JC State State Finals 8 times and worked 4 championship games. Worked DII Western Regionals 1996. Picked up in Division I Big West Conference in 1994. Selected to work conference tournament 4 times. Worked Conference Tournament Championship 2009. Elected Instructional Chair for Foothill-Citrus Basketball Officials Assoc. (1996-'99, 2009).

David Dangles
David has officiated college basketball at the Division I (Big West, West Coast Conference), Division II (CCAA), Division III (SCIAC), NAIA (GSAC), and Community College (FAC, OEC, SCG) levels. He has also worked numerous GSAC and community college playoff games, including back-to-back state championship games.

Bill Agopian
Bill Agopian is the Officials Consultant for the CIF, Southern Section. The Southern Section is the largest of the State's 10 Sections, governing sports for more than 560 high schools. In the Consultant role, Bill advocates for officials, their Units and the Section in all officiating related manners, including the assignment of all Southern Section boys and girls basketball championship games. Bill has been affiliated with the CIF, Southern Section since 1989. The Section has been a leader in the recognition and advancement of basketball officials. Bill is an active member of the California Basketball Officials Association. He is the past President of the South Bay Unit. He also served that Unit as Instructional Chairman and Assignor.

Mark Reischling
Mark Reischling began his officiating career in 1968 after his playing career at Chico State College. Joining the Div 1 officiating ranks with the West Coast Conference in 1976, he is the dean of west coast D1 officials and works in the Pac 10, West Coast, Mountain West, WAC, Big West and Conference USA. A 22 time NCAA Post Season Tournament selection, he has worked 5 Regional Finals and the 2001 Final Four at the Metrodome in Minneapolis. His body of work includes 18 conference tournament Championship games in 5 different leagues during his 6 decade officiating career. His BYU/Norte Dame game in the 1981 NCAA Tournament provided a play which is a part of ESPN's top ten plays of college basketball history. A retired (35 yrs) high school teacher/coach Mark has been married to his wife Terri for 41 years and he is the proud father of sons Kyle (37) and Matt (34).
